Who We’re Looking For

Professional, motivated, career-minded, dependable individuals with good time management skills who are service-driven, detail oriented, and teachable.

We work in teams with individual roles.  Each role is equally important.  Candidates must work well with others, be able and willing to take direction, must be physically fit, able to work on ladders of varying heights and able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

All positions require a genuine desire to paint, to provide great service for our customers and to help the company succeed, both in profitability and reputation.

Experience is preferred but we are willing and able to train people that would like to learn.

A valid drivers license and dependable transportation are required.

As an MEHP employee you will receive training in areas of OSHA Safety and EPA Lead Certification.

Apprentice Painter

The Apprentice Painter’s role is to assist the team with completing projects to the specifications of the contracts.  This is a “learn as you earn” position, and requires engagement in all aspects of our services.  You will develop; preparation and application skills, height logistics, technical skills, safety skills, product knowledge, customer service skills and obtain federal and state certifications in order to meet the guidelines and ultimately achieve the objectives of a Journeyman Painter.

Painter

The Painter’s role is to consistently produce high quality workmanship in accordance with the company’s quality standards and directly contribute to the achievement of 100% job satisfaction on every project.  This position requires; advanced technical expertise, a strong work ethic, professional ethics, good physical health, organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail.  Painters are also responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety standards and assisting management with the overall production and timely completion of each project.

Crew Leader

The Crew Leader ensures projects are completed on-time, on budget and as efficiently as possible per the specifications of the contracts while implementing and adhering to “all company objectives”.  This position requires; expert painting knowledge, team building, leadership skills, excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.  The Crew Leader must also demonstrate technical expertise and the ability to motivate others, delegate, trouble shoot and problem solve.

Account Manager

The Account Manager’s role is to meet initially with each customer, perform an expert evaluation and customer interview, work with the estimator to develop a strategic approach to each project, ensure accuracy with each quote, deliver and review with the customers and ultimately earn people’s business using our processes. This position requires; excellent communication and customer service skills, time management, organizational skills,  technical knowledge, product knowledge, and professionalism. Account Managers must demonstrate consistent sales results, positive customer feedback, effective time management and successful process integration.

Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the oversight of all ongoing, recently completed and upcoming projects. Their role is to ensure delivery of all aspects of each contract and customer satisfaction, monitor and enforce safety standards and practices, coordinate materials and equipment, manage inventory, ensure equipment and vehicle readiness, perform technical training with staff, costs tracking, scheduling, disposal and waste management, and many other important tasks. This position requires; multi-tasking, strategic planning, technical expertise, communication skills, a sharp eye for details, organizational skills, excellent customer service, process development and more.
